Each account is set up by the purchaser, and you get the added security of choosing your own password and login name which you may change at any time.

No personal details are shared with other people, business's or organisations.
I do not share, trade or sell personal information in any way, shape or form.

Credit card details are not kept on file, as I prefer paypal, and as such I never see any bank account or credit card details.

While all care is taken to keep your information private, if you have any concerns please contact us straight away.

If you wish to be removed from the newsletter subscriber please contact us and you will be removed without any questions asked.

SHIPPING

I post the same or next business day, from Qld 4125.

All orders are carefully packaged but I accept no responsibility for damage or loss once I have handed the parcel to Australia post.

Recycled packaging will be used wherever possible.

$8.00 flat rate for Regular post, $11.00 for Express post, no matter how big they are, cheapest option for postage anywhere in Australia.

Postage for large orders, package may be posted registered mail, rather than express. Due to insurance cover sometimes this is a better option.

If by chance you have a problem with the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. Delays in contacting me means delays in receiving your order. Express post is traceable so if your order is not there within a week of me emailing postage date, please advise me straight away.

Very rare this happens, but it usually turns out the parcel is at local post office awaiting collection, and the postie never left a calling card.·
