Are all items in stock or do I have to wait?
All items in store are here and ready to go, unless otherwise stated as been SOLD OUT. For sold out items there is usually a 2-4 week wait before stock is refiled.
How do I find a certain item on the site?
There is a search bar in the top right corner of the page, if you know what you are after type it in there. Or use the categories on the left and have a browse.
How can I pay for my order?
Paypal account, credit card via paypal (no account needed), bank deposit/transfer, cheque, money order, & cash for pick ups.
Do I have to have an account for this website?
During checkout you will have to fill in your postage details, which will open a members account for you. Members have the benefits of permanent shopping cart ( items stay in cart until you clear or purchase ), not having to fill in details every order, order tracking and updates, and newsletter & product notifications, plus the added security of choosing your own pasword.
How much is postage?
I send parcels via Regular post through Australia post for $8.00 flat rate for any order.
I also offer Express post through Australia post for $11.00 flat rate for any order, no matter how big or small. The cheapest option throughout Australia.
How quickly do you post orders?
Orders will be posted the same or next business day after receiving cleared payment.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Items are sent from 4125 in Qld, So arrival time is 1 - 5 business days. Depending on where in Australia you are will depend on when your order arrives.
Express post for next day delivery provided you are located within Australia Post's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery network. Your parcel will be delivered overnight (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).More details on the delivery time can be found at www.austpost.com.au
But please allow up to 7 working days to receive order.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns if the item/s is faulty or not as described. We do not accept returns for mind changes. Items to be returned within 7 days or receiving order, with return postage to be paid in full by buyer.
Refund, exchange or store credit will be discussed at the time.
What do I do if part of my order is missing?
In the rare times an order is not completely filled please contact me straight away so the problem may be sorted asap.
I can get the missing item/s posted straight away or a refund given.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, pick up is available from the office in Munruben QLD 4125. Address details will come up during checkout. Please note: We do not have a shop front but you are more than welcome to come to the property to view items.
You don't have what I am looking for. Can you get it in?
I have more than 600 different items listed, but I can get my hands on lots more. Contact me if you are after something else and I will see what I can do for you.
Do you give discounts to schools?
Yes, schools and charities are eligible for a % discount on orders. After creating an account email me to let me know you would like a discount and I will add it to your details.
Accounts must have the charities name in it, and discount must be set before completing checkout.
Can I place my order over the phone?
You can, but it is easier over the internet. I am not a storefront shop, so I am not always able to be near the phone, and it saves time. You also have the permanent shopping cart and account so you can track the progress of your orders if bought online.
If I join the mailing list will I get heaps of junk emails?
No. I only send one email a month and it is full of info on new stock, sales and discounts, what is happening in store, and of course Coupon codes for you to use or pass on to family and friends. Worth getting, even if you only buy once a year. Join up here.
